Yacht Description
The preferred boat is a quality luxury cruising yacht of 13 metres (42 ft) length with both sails and motor. It is fully fitted out with comfortable amenities, is surveyed for chartering and has all regulation safety equipment on board.
The main cabin has a cosy lounge/dining area and a self-contained kitchenette with stove, fridge and freezer. There is a chart table with all necessary navigation equipment, GPS and radio.
There are two private double-berth cabins each with some hanging space. Two single berths are also available in the main cabin area. There are two toilet/shower compartments, one aft and the other forward of the main cabin.

The yacht is ideally suited for cruising with between 4 to 6 people on board.
A generous sized cockpit provides comfortable space while sailing and there is a shade structure to cover the cockpit for alfresco living while on anchor.
Access to shore is via an inflatable dinghy with an outboard motor. There is a boarding ladder and steps on the stern of the yacht for swimming off the boat and for boarding the dinghy.

This is an excellent sailing craft and the owner occasionally uses the yacht for cruising to the Pacific Islands. Because of this, it has larger than normal fresh water storage capacity (although there is still the need to be a little frugal).

Items provided with the boat include all bedding, linen and bath towels as well as all fuel and gas used. Warm, heavy duty wet-weather gear is available on board.
The aim will be to make this a fun trip and pleasant for all with everyone chipping in to help with preparing meals, doing dishes and keeping their own bunks and the toilet/shower areas clean and tidy.
